About Good Shepherd

 

 

When you come to Good Shepherd, you will be warmly

welcomed.  We are called to welcome all into our midst so that, together, we may proclaim the good news of salvation through our Lord, Jesus Christ.  We are a congregation of all ages and come from a variety of religious backgrounds.  Children are welcome and encouraged to be present and participate in worship.  For your convenience, a nursery is provided for small children.

 


Worship is central to our life and faith as we celebrate the Word and Holy Communion each Sunday morning using a variety of liturgical styles.  We offer our praises through music using a variety of musical styles and expressions, from organ and piano to brass instruments and percussion, but above all, the human voice lifted in song.

 

Following Christ's example, we strive to raise up those less fortunate than ourselves and make the world a better place through outreach, community service and advocating justice.

 

We care for and support one another through prayer, fellowship and small group relationships.
